***MEMBER PORTAL UPDATE***

Phase 1 expected completion date August 30, 2021

The plan for Phase 1 of the portal roll-out is as follows:

Phase 1 will include primarily information that had been previously available to participants on the old portal, including:

  • Census information for member/dependents
  • Eligibility History
  • Contributions history for H&W, Pension, Annuity, SUB, Vacation, and 401K funds
  • Work History hours

In addition to that, Phase 1 for the new portal will also include the ability for participants to view their own Medical Claims and EOBs (downloadable/printable as PDFs). Dependents (spouses and dependent children age 18+) will also be given access to the portal with their own credentials – they will be able to view their own claims data only. Credentials for participants and dependents will be provided via a mailing once the system is live.

Phase 2 will start to allow for more interactive communication between the IBEW 292 Benefits office and the members.  We will provide updates on this as they become available.
